• Operating and adjusting production machinery to perform changeovers, routine maintenance, and cleaning following standard operating procedures (SOPs).*
• Guiding and coordinating team efforts to meet production goals while maintaining a safe and organized workspace.*
• Ensuring a smooth workflow by monitoring equipment and promptly reporting any issues to maintenance or supervisors.*
• Conducting in-process quality checks and completing accurate documentation, including digital logs and deviation reports, with attention to detail.*
• Collaborating with maintenance staff to troubleshoot equipment concerns and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.*
• Upholding safety and cleanliness standards to prevent accidents and promote a high-quality manufacturing environment.

What You'll Bring The ideal candidate will have:

• A high school diploma or GED; additional technical training or certifications in manufacturing are a plus.*
• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in a regulated or GMP setting.*
• Ability to understand how machinery works and recognize when adjustments or troubleshooting are needed.*
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds in a fast-paced environment.*
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently, taking initiative while collaborating effectively with team members.*
• Basic math skills, including weight calculations and unit conversions.*
• Attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and a commitment to quality and safety.
