You'll work closely with the manufacturing team to ensure precision, safety, and efficiency every step of the way.What You'll Do As a Welder Fabricator, you will be responsible for:
- Precisely fitting steel components and executing welds using .045 dual shield wire in various positions to meet quality standards.*
- Safely lifting and maneuvering materials weighing up to 60 lbs to support fabrication tasks.*
- Operating fabrication machinery, including shears, ironworkers, drilling equipment, and cutting torches, to shape and prepare materials.*
- Interpreting detailed blueprints and CAD drawings to accurately assemble components.*
- Supporting the final stages of production by preparing assemblies for finishing, including potential field installations when required.
- Experience range from entry-level to seasoned fabricators, with a strong work ethic and mechanical aptitude.*
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.*
- Proficiency in SMAW, FCAW, and GMAW welding techniques across all positions.*
- Practical knowledge of fabrication methods used in custom machinery production.*
- Competency in handling various hand tools and fabrication equipment safely and effectively.*
- Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs repeatedly and work in a standing position for extended periods.
