Packager Urgently hiring in Sweet Home!Job Title: PackagerPay: $20.00 per hourHours: Monday- Thursday from 5:30 am- 3 pm and Friday from 5:30 am- 9:30 am with possible overtimeStart Date: ASAPLooking for a rewarding career with growth opportunities? As a Packager, you'll play an essential role in ensuring finished products leave the facility looking as good as they performevery package wrapped with care and precision.What You'll Do As a Packager, you will be responsible for:

Package and wrap finished lumber products with a high level of care, consistency, and attention to detail*
Kneel, bend, stoop, crawl, and lift as required to complete packaging tasks safely and correctly*
Work both indoors and outdoors as job duties require, in varying weather conditions*
Follow all safety protocols and consistently use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)*
Perform basic math and measurement checks to verify counts, dimensions, and packaging accuracy*
Take direction well, learn new processes quickly, and adapt to changing production needs*
Maintain focus and quality standards while working in a loud, fast-paced production environment*
Maintain a positive attitude and work well as part of a team

What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:

Prior experience in a mill or production environment preferred*
Lumber mill experience is a plus*
Reliable and dependable work ethic*
Safety-minded attitude
