Join our dynamic team in Sandpoint and make an impact every day. As a Forklift Driver, you’ll play a crucial role in moving materials safely and efficiently while supporting our manufacturing operations. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and maintain a safe, organized workspace.What You’ll Do:
  • Operate forklifts safely and effectively to transport materials across the facility.*
  • Handle, palletize, and stack bags of wood stove pellets, ensuring secure storage and precise handling.*
  • Assist with general warehouse and production tasks to meet daily operational goals.*
  • Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe to promote a secure environment for all team members.
What You’ll Bring:
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in a production setting.*
  • At least 1 year of forklift operation experience (ID=1000761) to ensure proficiency.*
  • Ability to lift and maneuver 40 lb bags regularly, supporting efficient workflows.*
  • Strong safety mindset and alertness to maintain a secure work environment.*
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
