Sentara Health is hiring a histology administration to work full time days (0900-1730) in the Histology Lab at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital.
As a histology administration laboratory support technician duties are to prepare specimens per discipline, be administrative support to the pathologists, prepare tumor boards, and manage pathology material and prepare for storage.
Education
Bachelors degree in Biology or Chemistry
Bachelor of Science in general studies with 12 semester hours (18 quarter hours) in biology and chemistry
Certification/Licensure
No certification or licensure required
