Hogan Banking Software Consultant / Developer- # 26-18248

Location: Remote (USA) Employment Type: 12 Months Contract / Full-TimePosition SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Hogan Banking Software Consultant/Developer with strong expertise in the Banking domain to support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of Hogan Banking Systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Hogan applications and a solid understanding of core banking operations, including deposits, loans, customer information, and financial transactions.The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and banking operations to deliver scalable and reliable solutions that support critical banking functions.Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain applications within the Hogan Banking platform.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Support enhancements, upgrades, and production maintenance for Hogan applications.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and banking stakeholders to deliver system improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in development, testing, and production environments.
• Participate in system integration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Ensure solutions comply with banking regulations, security standards, and internal policies.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and support documentation.
• Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience working with Hogan Banking Software.
• Strong experience within the Banking or Financial Services industry.
• Hands-on experience with one or more Hogan modules such as:
  • Hogan Deposits (IDS)
  • Hogan Customer Information File (CIF)
  • Hogan Loans
  • Hogan Demand Deposits (DDA)
  • Hogan Integrated Banking Solutions
• Strong understanding of core banking operations and banking products.
• Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements.
• Knowledge of system integration and data processing within banking applications.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS, VSAM, or IBM Mainframe technologies.
• Experience integrating Hogan with other banking platforms and third-party systems.
• Knowledge of API integrations and web services.
• Experience supporting digital banking modernization initiatives.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD processes.
