What You'll Do: 

• Provide companionship and personal care to seniors in their homes
• Support clients using techniques that promote physical, mental, and social well-being
• Assist clients in maintaining or achieving their highest level of independence
• Manage the needs and care regimen of assigned clients
• Collaborate with business office staff to develop personalized care plans
• Split time between companionship and medically focused care.

What You'll Need:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
• Minimum of 6 months of experience working with seniors required.
• Valid driver's license, with a good driving record and auto insurance.
• Must own or have access to a personal vehicle to transport yourself and clients as needed.
