Providing ongoing in-service education and competency training

Performing caregiver skills evaluations and annual competency assessments

Coaching caregivers on best practices in home care

Supervising caregivers in the field as needed

Assisting with quality assurance and clinical compliance

Maintaining education records and documentation

Collaborating with clinical and recruiting teams to ensure caregiver success

Promoting exceptional client care through education and mentorship

QualificationsCurrent Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing

Home care, home health, hospice, or community nursing experience preferred

Experience teaching, precepting, mentoring, or training healthcare staff is highly desirable

Strong clinical assessment and communication skills

Excellent presentation and organizational abilities

Comfortable demonstrating hands-on caregiving techniques

Reliable transportation

Ability to travel to training locations and client homes when necessary
