Job Description
We are seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated home care team. Our private-duty agency provides personal care (non-medical) services to the elderly in Morris and Essex counties. The field nurse will perform in-home client assessments, create individualized care plans, and orient and monitor aides providing services to our clients.

Job duties:
- Assess new clients, develop plans of care, and orient Certified Homemaker-Home Health Aides to cases.
- Conduct client reassessments every 60 days, or more frequently if the client's condition warrants.
- Assess Aide competency and observe their performance every 3 months.
- Maintain documentation per New Jersey Board of Nursing/NJ Division of Consumer Affairs regulations and ACHC accreditation standards.
- Be available for off-hour phone consults (very rare).
Requirements:
- Current RN license in good standing in NJ.
- Valid NJ driver's license and reliable vehicle to get to clients' homes.
- Minimum two years RN experience, including one year of home health care experience preferred.
- Excellent clinical, assessment, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ease with computers.
- Some schedule flexibility.
