Home Care Marketer

Eminence Home Care is on the lookout for a passionate and results-driven Home Care Marketer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our home care services to potential clients and referral sources, fostering relationships with healthcare professionals, and enhancing the visibility of our brand within the community.

You will develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients, increase awareness of our services, and build long-lasting partnerships. This position requires excellent communication skills, creativity, and the ability to work independently while achieving the set marketing goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans to generate leads and increase market share.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and community organizations.
• Conduct presentations and participate in community events to promote our services.
• Utilize social media, digital marketing, and traditional outreach strategies to enhance brand awareness.
• Gather feedback from clients and partners to continually improve marketing tactics.
• Maintain marketing materials and ensure they are up-to-date and aligned with our brand.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in healthcare marketing or sales preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and social media.
• Knowledge of the home care industry and its regulatory environment a plus.
• Ability to travel within the designated service area and attend networking events.
