We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This is a field-based, territory ownership role where your personality, hustle, and consistency matter. You won’t be stuck behind a desk; you’ll be out in the community, building connections, creating partnerships, and making an impact every single day.  This is not a “drop off brochures and check a box” kind of job.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and grow an assigned geographic territory

• Develop and execute a strategic plan targeting high-value referral sources

• Maintain strong knowledge of local facilities, contacts, and referral processes

• Develop partnerships with referral partners (hospitals, case managers, discharge planners, social workers)

• Conduct consistent in-person visits and become a trusted resource

• Meet weekly in person to discuss goals with clear objectives

• Track all activity, contacts, and referrals in CRM

• Work closely with intake and operations teams to ensure smooth client transitions

• Share insights on referral trends and opportunities

• Participate in team meetings and planning sessions

• Maintain professionalism in all interactions

• Follow HIPAA and compliance standards

• Uphold the agency’s reputation in the community

What You Bring:

Required:

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, home care, hospice, or related field

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated with the ability to manage time independently

• Comfortable with in-person outreach and presentations

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Experience working with assisted living or skilled nursing facilities is preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Performance-based compensation structure

• Base salary of $60,000 during ramp period (paid bi-weekly)

• Commission+ bonus structure with uncapped earning potential

• Car allowance provided
