Business Development/Sales Account Management - Medical Experience Required! Are you in the medical field but considering a change? A nurse who has a strong desire to use your expertise but in a different capacity? Are you a go getter and someone who is able to easily connect with people and sell a service you believe in? If you are - our client would like to meet you! We are partnering with a dynamic organization that is looking for their next salesperson to lead the charge in the Fairfield County marketplace. The Business Development Sales Account Manager will advocate the services in the Fairfield County region for private pay clients. Promotes private duty, companion, Live-in and other nursing services to families with elders who need independent living support in the comfort of their homes. You will be resourceful and creative while make visits to assisted living, home care related entities,hospital discharge case managers and families at healthcare associations and other avenues to attract awareness of senior private care options available. Generate sales through cold calling, appointment setting, and networking with key influence groups, and key referral sources.

Meet progressive revenue objectives for assigned territory*
Target accounts, and build sales action plans*
Participate in educational activities and attend staff training meetings*
Perform all phases of sales activities for assigned territory, including cold calls, follow up calls, analysis of client needs, presentations of services, conduct in-services to referral sources, service existing customer accounts and follow-up as necessary*
Establish a networking plan and actively use it as a working tool*
Participate in trade shows and health fairs*
Track all activity in a CRM system

Required skills: Bachelor Degree Preferred. Excellent Communication skills and prior public speaking and have presented in front of groups or audiencesHealthcare background Required Minimum 2 years of Account Management or Business Sales experience is required Field Sales experienceSchedule Mon-Fri (Full Time) Salary $80-100K Base + Bonus + Benefits+ Mileage reimbursement + laptop Territory sales/Field sales-can work from home during sales calls when not on the road. Territory:Westport, New Canaan, Fairfield, Stamford, Greenwich INDA
