Home Care Marketing Specialist

Always Best Care Senior Services- Dallas, TX

For over 18 years, Always Best Care Senior Services- Dallas has been helping seniors remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes. We are seeking an experienced Home Care Marketing Specialist to expand our referral network, strengthen community partnerships, and help more families access exceptional in-home care.

What You'll Do

As our Marketing Specialist, you'll serve as the face of our agency throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Your primary focus will be developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals and referral sources while identifying new opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, skilled nursing facilities, physicians, case managers, social workers, assisted living communities, and other healthcare referral partners.

• Conduct regular sales calls and community visits throughout the DFW Metroplex.

• Develop referral partnerships that generate new client admissions.

• Represent Always Best Care at networking events, health fairs, community outreach events, and professional organizations.

• Present our services to healthcare professionals and community partners.

• Track referral activity and maintain accurate CRM documentation.

• Collaborate with our operations and scheduling teams to ensure an exceptional client experience.

• Identify new business opportunities and market trends.

• Assist with marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and community engagement initiatives.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing referral partners through regular follow-up and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum 2 years of marketing or business development experience in one of the following:

• Home Care

• Home Health

• Hospice

• Established relationships with healthcare referral sources are highly preferred.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Comfortable networking with physicians, hospitals, social workers, discharge planners, and healthcare executives.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Schedule

• Monday-Friday

• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Occasional evening networking events or community functions.

Travel

This role requires daily travel throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. A company vehicle or vehicle stipend will be provided.
