- Flexible schedule
- Manage daily office operations, ensuring efficient workflow and communication.
- Coordinate scheduling for caregivers and clients, optimizing resource allocation.
- Assist with onboarding and training of new staff members.
- Maintain accurate client and employee records in compliance with regulations.
- Handle billing and invoicing processes to ensure timely payments.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Support marketing efforts and community outreach initiatives.
- Collaborate with management to improve office procedures and client satisfaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience in an office administration role, preferably in healthcare.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate demeanor and a passion for helping others.
- Knowledge of home health care regulations is a plus.
