About the Role:
Join our team at Comfort Keepers as a Staffing Coordinator and take the lead in building a caring and dedicated team to provide exceptional home care services to our clients. We are a leading home care agency in Bloomsburg, PA, and we are looking for a motivated individual to help us continue to grow and provide top-notch care to our community.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, interview, and hire caregivers to join our team
- Coordinate caregiver schedules and client care plans
- Provide training and support to caregivers
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Manage caregiver performance and conduct regular evaluations
Requirements:
- Prior experience in home care staffing or a related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations for home care agencies
- Compassionate and empathetic demeanor
