ABOUT THIS ENRICHING OPPORTUNITY AS OUR COUNTY SUPERVISOR:

Schedule: 8 am–5 pm, Monday–Friday

In this role, you navigate between managing caregiver schedules, coordinating with clients, and providing direct care when needed. You oversee day-to-day operations, conduct home assessments, adjust care plans, maintain the Shelburne office, and step in to support hiring and training. Your work also takes you into the community to grow our client base, and you occasionally provide hands-on care to ensure client needs are always met. Each day brings a mix of problem-solving, relationship-building, and team leadership.

A valid driver's license
Reliable transportation
Leadership or supervisory experience in caregiving, home care, or healthcare
Strong communication and organizational skills
A willingness to provide hands-on care when needed
Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
