Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) – $21/hr | Per DiemLocation: Pound Ridge, NY and surrounding Northern Westchester communitiesSchedule: Per Diem | Day Shifts (6–12 hours)Pay: $21.00 per hour | Weekly direct deposit

Affirmed Home Care, a premier concierge home care agency in New York, is seeking experienced Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) for per diem opportunities in Pound Ridge and the surrounding Northern Westchester region. Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Provide personal care and hygiene assistance
Offer medication reminders as directed
Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
Provide companionship and emotional support
Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment for clients

Requirements

Valid New York State Home Health Aide (HHA) Certificate
Minimum 1 year of professional HHA experience
Authorized to work in the United States
Driver’s license preferred

New York State Health Requirements

Physical examination completed within the past 12 months
PPD or QuantiFERON test within the past year, or chest X-ray within the past 5 years
MMR immunization within the past 10 years
