Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) – Per Diem & Live-In OpportunitiesMiddletown, CT

$20.00/hour | 12-Hour Weekend Day Shifts | Live-In Cases Available

Affirmed Home Care is expanding in Middletown, CT and is looking for experienced, compassionate Certified Home Health Aides to join our growing team. Whether you're looking for flexible per diem shifts or rewarding live-in assignments, we have opportunities that fit your schedule.

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut HHA certification (CNA accepted where applicable)• Minimum of 1 year of home care experience• Eligible to work in the United States• Physical exam within the past year• PPD or QuantiFERON within the past year (or chest X-ray if previously positive)• Valid driver's license preferred
