What You Need:

A valid Florida CNA license or a Home Health Aide certificate from an approved FL training program (not just experience at another company)
Driver’s license and car insurance
CPR card
Social Security card
Health statement issued within the past 6 months showing you're “free of communicable diseases”
3 CEUs:• 2-hour Alzheimer’s, 1-hour HIV/AIDS & 2-hourAssistance with Self Administered Medication. (available atc-e-u.com)
