An Exciting Opportunity with an established Agency!

AdvisaCare is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and experienced Licensed Practical Nurses in the Las Vegas and surrounding areas to join our team! This role is ideal for a nurse who is passionate about providing patient-centered care, supporting families, and delivering high-quality clinical service in the comfort of patients' homes.

You will be part of an interdisciplinary team dedicated to dignity, comfort, and holistic care for patients across the continuum of home health and end-of-life services.

Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing care to home health and hospice patients
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the RN/Clinical Supervisor
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Perform wound care, catheter care, and other skilled nursing interventions
Educate patients and families on care plans, disease processes, an comfort measures
Accurately document all patient care and services
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care
Support patients and families with compassion, dignity and respect

Requirements

Current NV Nursing License in good standing
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (Home Health or Hospice preferred)
Familiarity with Professional and Technical Emerging Knowledge
Problem Solving Skills and Ability to Multitask
High School Graduate or GED
Reliable Transportation
Valid Driver’s License
Work in a Team Responsibly and Independently
Compassionate with great Communication Skills
Ability to Travel within the Service Area
CPR Certified
Ability to Pass Drug Screen/Clear Background
