Job Summary:

The Healthcare Business Analyst supports financial and operational analysis across Cantex's Home Health, Hospice, and Long-Term Care Pharmacy service lines. This role works closely with Finance, Operations, and Billing teams to review performance data, identify trends, and help leadership understand what is driving business results.

This position plays an important role in forecasting, budgeting, and operational reporting. The analyst will help translate complex financial data into insights that leaders can use to make informed decisions about operations, performance improvement, and future growth opportunities, including potential mergers and acquisitions.
