Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
  • Current New Mexico state licensure (LMSW/LCSW or equivalent)
  • Experience in healthcare, home health, or hospice preferred
  • Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
  • A passion for patient-centered, end-of-life care
