Your Responsibilities:
Deliver skilled nursing care including advanced seizure management and proactive behavioral strategies.
Collaborate with a dedicated multidisciplinary team to design and implement individualized care plans.
Train and guide family members and support staff on best practices in care techniques.
Advocate clinically within the client’s home, ensuring every interaction is filled with dignity and respect.
