LPN Home Health Nurse$1,500 SIGN-ON BONUS FOR FULL-TIME LPN Skilled Home Health Nurses!Care IV Home Health is a locally owned and operated home health agency in Fayetteville, AR, seeking a full-time Licensed Practicing Nurse, LPN, to join our esteemed team. Requirements:We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses whose license is active and in good standing with the Arkansas State Board of NursingStrong clinical nursing skills Experience with Home Health nursing a plus but not requiredA minimum of three professional references on the application or upon initial contact.Duties may include, but are not necessarily limited to:patient educationmedication administrationwound care/dressing changes/wound vacspost-surgical careskilled nursing care/direct patient carepatient follow-upAdditional duties as assigned
