LPN Home Health Nurse

$1,500 SIGN-ON BONUS FOR FULL-TIME LPN Skilled Home Health Nurses!

Care IV Home Health is a locally owned and operated home health agency in Fayetteville, AR, seeking a full-time Licensed Practicing Nurse, LPN, to join our esteemed team. Requirements:

We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses whose license is active and in good standing with the Arkansas State Board of Nursing
Strong clinical nursing skills
Experience with Home Health nursing a plus but not required
A minimum of three professional references on the application or upon initial contact.

Duties may include, but are not necessarily limited to:

patient education
medication administration
wound care/dressing changes/wound vacs
post-surgical care
skilled nursing care/direct patient care
patient follow-up
Additional duties as assigned
