Job Description
Under the supervision of the designated supervisor, the Physical Therapist is responsible for providing physical therapy services in accordance with the Physical Therapy Practice Act of Louisiana and established hospital and departmental policies and procedures, maintaining the highest degree of quality patient care at all times.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in physical therapy.
- Current license from the Louisiana State Board of Physical Therapy Examiners.
- Previous experience in acute care or outpatient setting preferred.
- Must possess valid driver's license and maintain personal vehicle insurance.
- Maintain current BLS (Basic Life Support).
