Apply Today!Job Details:  Schedule:  M-F 0800-1630Location:  Ponca City, OK Job Type: ContractContract Length: 13 weeks (possibility of extension) Pay Range:  $52/hr- $56/hr*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education. Duties: 

• Perform comprehensive admission assessments and OASIS evaluations for home health patients.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, physician orders, and clinical findings.
• Provide skilled physical therapy interventions focused on improving strength, balance, mobility, endurance, pain management, and functional independence.
• Treat post-operative orthopedic patients and other individuals recovering from injury, surgery, or illness.
