As our Home Health Care RN Clinical Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our clinical operations. Your days will be filled with purpose as you:
- Provide clinical oversight for Home Health nursing staff
- Ensuring compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards
- Reviewing and approving OASIS assessments, care plans, and documentation
- Supporting field clinicians with education, coaching, and problem‑solving
- Participating in case conferences and interdisciplinary team meetings
- Monitoring quality metrics and assisting with performance improvement initiatives
- Triaging clinical concerns and collaborating with physicians and referral partners
- Ensuring timely, accurate, and complete documentation
- Supporting onboarding and ongoing training for clinical staff
- Promoting a positive, supportive, patient‑centered culture

Requirements
✨ What You Bring
- Active RN license in Michigan
- Home Health experience required (OASIS experience strongly preferred)
- Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
- Solid understanding of OASIS and home health regulations
- Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and team‑building abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- A passion for supporting nurses and delivering exceptional patient care
- Ability to work in the field as needed
