Home Health RN - Springdale, AR

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health for a contract assignment in Springdale, Arkansas. This role focuses on providing skilled nursing care in patients’ homes, completing OASIS assessments, and coordinating care throughout Washington and Benton Counties.

Job Details

• Location: Springdale, AR

• Contract: November 2026 – March 2027

• Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day / 40 hours per week

• On-Call: 1 day per week and 1 weekend per month

• Coverage Area: Washington and Benton Counties

• Mileage: Reimbursed between patient visits

• Scrub Color: Royal Blue

Responsibilities

·       Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes.

·       Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, including OASIS assessments.

·       Monitor patient conditions and identify changes requiring intervention.

·       Develop and coordinate individualized plans of care.

·       Document patient visits, assessments, and care provided accurately.

·       Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to support positive patient outcomes.

·       Travel between patient homes throughout the assigned coverage area.

·       Participate in required on-call and weekend coverage.

Requirements

·       Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.

·       Home health nursing experience.

·       Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB).

·       Experience completing OASIS assessments.

·       Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.

·       Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

·       Ability to travel throughout Washington and Benton Counties.
