Location: Wasilla, AK
Compensation: $110,000 - $120,000 per year
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday - Friday, Flexible Hours

Your Role as a Speech Therapist
As part of the Ancora Therapy Team, you will:
Provide patient evaluations, screenings, and develop personalized treatment plans
Work closely with patients to improve communication, cognitive-linguistic abilities, and swallowing function
Educate patients, caregivers, and families on therapy techniques and self-care strategies
Monitor, document, and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress
Ensure professional conduct aligns with Ancora's commitment to high-quality care
Perform additional duties as needed to meet patient needs
What We're Looking For
Current Speech Therapy License in the state of Alaska
2+ years of experience (preferred)
Strong verbal & written communication and time-management skills
Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
Proof of current auto insurance & vehicle registration
Fingerprint clearance card (we can assist with obtaining one)
CPR certification & negative TB test (we can help with these as well)
