Overview: We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Home Healthcare Clinical Manager to oversee clinical operations and ensure high-quality patient care in the home setting. This leadership role is responsible for supervising clinical staff, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision to nursing and caregiving staff
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and payer regulations
- Review and oversee plans of care and clinical documentation
- Conduct staff training, evaluations, and performance reviews
- Coordinate care with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Monitor quality outcomes and implement improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- Active RN license (required)
- Home healthcare experience (preferred)
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and regulatory standards
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
