Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced home improvement sales consultant to speak with potential customers to help them learn about our company, our products, and our services, and is focused on helping customers and wants to turn their skills into a career at Window World!

Tasks & Responsibilities of this Role:

Must have experience with Sunrise Windows and James Hardie siding.
Ability to explain product features and benefits in a way that stands out over competing brands.
Discover customers’ needs and offer solutions to them through the company’s services or products.
Become an expert in our product offerings and serve as a go-to source for customers who want more information concerning our products.
Conduct presentations to demonstrate to potential customers the benefits of our products.
Establish and maintain healthy, long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
Passionate about selling and finding ways to satisfy customers’ needs.
Excellent organization and management capabilities, including being a team player.
Above average communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license + clean driving record.
Prior home improvement industry experience.
Knowledge of exterior remodeling products (windows, doors, patio doors, garage doors, roofing, siding, gutters).
Knowledge of MassSave program and Energy Code.
Knowledge of building science.
