At J. Blanton Plumbing, we’re expanding our Bathroom Remodeling Division and looking for experienced sales consultants with a strong track record in home improvement sales.
By combining highly trained in-house installation teams, strict quality standards, and exclusive materials, our mission is to deliver a superior remodeling experience to as many homeowners as possible, and become the market leader in our category.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct in-home consultations to understand the homeowner’s shower remodel needs and recommend the right solution.
- Present the company, materials, and design options in a clear, professional way.
- Prepare accurate, to-the-penny quotes during the consultation.
- Guide homeowners through the decision-making process and address questions or concerns.
- Build trust with clients and deliver a positive, professional experience in every home.
- Take accurate measurements needed for the remodel.
- Document customer interactions and keep sales records up to date.
- Stay knowledgeable about our products, process, and industry trends.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in in-home sales or home improvement sales.
- Strong closing ability with a proven track record of high sales performance.
- Preferred backgrounds include:
- Bathroom remodeling
- Windows
- Roofing
- Siding
- Doors
- Exterior remodeling
- Other home improvement industries
- Experience generating $2M+ in annual sales preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, coachable, and results-driven mindset.
