Suite 11 Asbury, Iowa 52002Supervisor: CEOSalary: 45K-50K annualBenefits: Health, Dental, Life, PTO, and 401KJob Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Staffing Specialist to join our team. The Staffing Specialist for Totality Staffing will assist Totality healthcare professionals and facility clients with coordinating schedules. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, proficiency in scheduling software, and a deep understanding of client staffing needs.Experience: 2 years of experience in healthcare staffing preferred and knowledge of using scheduling software.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ongoing communication with client facilities
- Ongoing communication with vendors
- Fill client staffing orders with Totality team members
- Maintain contact with all team members and assist with their scheduling needs
- Assist team members with credential compliance
- Managing long-term orders and filling long-term staffing contracts
- On-call rotation
- This position requires excellent communication skills
- Computer literacy skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism with team members and clients
- Must have the ability to organize and prioritize
