Location: Gilbert, AZ (East Valley – Phoenix Area)

Schedule: Full-Time

Pay Rate: $24 – $31 per hour

We are seeking an experienced Home Remodeler / Lead Craftsman who takes pride in their work, communicates professionally, and can confidently complete a wide range of residential and light commercial projects.

Our sales team schedules jobs for you based on your skills—no subcontracting and no chasing down your own leads. We proudly serve the East Valley of Phoenix, providing reliable, high-quality service to our customers.

In this role, you may work independently on certain projects or collaborate with fellow technicians on larger jobs. The ideal candidate is a skilled craftsman who enjoys problem solving, delivering excellent workmanship, and providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

Perform high-quality home repairs, improvements, and remodeling work
Complete carpentry, drywall, painting, remodeling, and door repairs/installations
Work independently or alongside other skilled technicians depending on project size
Travel to job sites throughout the East Valley of Phoenix
Maintain professional communication with customers and internal team members
Represent the Ace Handyman Services brand with integrity and professionalism
Use your own truck/van and personal tools to complete projects (tool allowance provided)

Requirements

Must have insured work truck or van
Must have own tools to perform typical professional handyman work
Must have 10+ years of experience in the construction industry
Must live within 25 miles of the East Valley office location
Strong experience in carpentry, drywall, painting, remodeling, and door installation/repair
Professional, reliable, and customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently while maintaining high quality standards
