Job Description

Champion Homes Center of Supply, NC is looking for professional, motivated, career minded salespeople to sell our award-winning floor plans that will be placed on new home site developments in that area. We value our team and reward our team members for their hard work. We were recently certified as a Great Place to Work voted by our entire staff!Job responsibilities:Meeting sales and marketing goals

Excellent customer service skills

Prospecting, marketing & promoting new business

Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process

Working & communicating effectively with team and customers

Understanding the loan process and credit analyzation

Ability to work weekends, evenings & some holidays

Candidates must possess:Closer and Negotiator state of mind

Strong communication skills

Out of the box thinker- CreativeA proven background in prospecting

Amazing Follow up with prospects

Ability to be a team player

Marketing strategies and familiar with social media platformsA high level of enthusiasm, as well as a high energy level

Integrity is a must
