We're SYNERGY HomeCare, and we believe in hiring people-not just resumes. Right now, we're looking for a full-time Homecare Client Services Supervisor in Shelburne, VT who can lead with both heart and skill.

What You'll Be Doing:
You'll oversee caregiver operations, ensure client care plans are up to date, and coordinate schedules with precision. You'll conduct home assessments, lead hiring efforts, maintain the Shelburne office, engage in community outreach, and provide hands-on care when necessary. You'll also serve as an on-call administrator one weekend a month. This position combines leadership with the rewarding experience of direct client care.

- A valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Leadership or supervisory experience in caregiving, home care, or healthcare
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A willingness to provide hands-on care when needed
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
