Homeowner Service Manager

As a critical company representative, you will work directly with our homeowners to ensure all service requests are handled promptly and professionally. You will use your knowledge and skills to evaluate the situation, complete minor repairs and schedule work with trade partners and/or vendors. Bachelor's degree from 4-year university or college preferred; at least 2-3 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Strong communication and people skills. Must be computer proficient or have the capacity to learn how to efficiently operate our scheduling tools. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver's license.
