Skills & Qualities We're Looking For:

• Experience in Automotive Sales – You understand the industry, know the sales process, and are ready to hit the ground running.
• Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using digital retailing tools, equity mining tools, and video technology. Proficiency in making vehicle walk-around videos and emailing customers professionally is essential.
• Proactive Approach – You take initiative in reaching out to leads, nurturing relationships, and following up with customers.
• Strong Appointment Setting Mindset – You know how to set appointments effectively and ensure customers are engaged throughout the buying process.
• Customer Service Excellence – You have a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience and are focused on building long-term relationships.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Automotive Sales preferred, but we also encourage tech-savvy individuals with a customer service background to apply.
• Flexible availability, including Saturdays.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A professional and well-groomed appearance.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
