Position Details:

Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: 100% Commission-based- 30% front end; 10% back end 75k+ a year.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Develop expertise on all vehicle models and inventory
Greet customers, assess their needs, and recommend vehicle options
Conduct test drives and explain key automotive features (valid driver's license required)
Follow up with leads and existing customers to drive sales
Complete quotes, return calls and emails, and assist with credit applications and transaction paperwork
Use CRM tools to track customer interactions and manage follow-ups
Prepare sold vehicles before customer pickup
Deliver an exceptional delivery experience by walking customers through vehicle features, warranty details, and final documentation
