RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintaining and repairing Honda brand vehicles effectively and in according with Honda standards – familiarizing yourself with the service department & procedures
- Assist Service Advisor in test-driving vehicles, and testing components and systems. You will learn how to use diagnostic tools and special service equipment
- Perform basic Maintenance oil changes, tire rotation, mount and balancing of tires, brake inspection, fluid changes, battery testing and replacement and basic overall inspections.
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
- Keep shop and work space clean and in order and keep inventory stocked.
QUALIFICATIONS

- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to identify the problem quickly
- Effective analytical and communication skills
- Good reading, computer, and mathematics skills
- Ability to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specifications
- Should be able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic Computer Skills
- Positive, friendly attitude
