• Full Time Parts Shipping/Receiving Clerk Driving an integral role in the customer experience, responsible for processing the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies for the Parts Department.
• Pay starting at $14.00 plus dollars per hour based on experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manages the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies.
• Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Identifies and reports all overages and shortages.
• Notifies appropriate personnel of receipt of all special orders.
• Promptly loads and unloads truck deliveries and sorts and stocks receivables.
• Maintains an accurate log sheet of daily moves, scanning inventory, and counting accurately.
• Engages with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude.
• Provides additional backup support for shipping and receiving departments.
• May operate a forklift to move materials and unload vehicles.
• Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area.
• Complies with Company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Pre-Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Satisfactory work experience.
