Horizontal Directional Drilling/Boring Sub-Contractor

Broadband Telecom Services is a comprehensive telecommunications construction contracting company.

We are currently experiencing a high volume of OSP UG construction work and are looking for expand our sub-contractor workforce!

JOB CLASSIFICATION: 1099 Sub-Contractor

LOCATION: Laredo, Texas

JOB DESCRIPTION

The sub-contractor will perform tasks involving underground telecommunications work at various construction and service sites. Most important skill will be communicating with internal & external teams to make sure all projects are on time and within budget.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Certificate of Insurance (COI) is required
Must be able to pass background check
Own/Operate HDD Bore and Trenching heavy equipment - Rock Capable
Own/Operate medium duty trenching equipment
Own/Operate Excavator
Understanding and Responsibility to call 811 for locates
Inter-duct (Conduit) Placement, Wiring & Fiber Optic Installation
Manhole/Handhole placement
Push and Pull COAX/Fiber cable
Basic comprehension of as-built and map reading
