Job Description

New Albany Country Club is seeking Seasonal Horticulture Associates to help maintain the beautiful grounds and landscapes surrounding our premier private club. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors in a professional, team-oriented environment.

Season: April through SeptemberSchedule: Full-Time | 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. | Some Summer Weekends

Pay: $15.00/hour

Key Responsibilities

Maintain landscaping and flower beds around the clubhouse
Assist with annual flower installations and planter setups
Water plants and monitor irrigation systems
Deadhead flowers and weed garden beds
Daily cleanup of exterior clubhouse areas
Assist with seasonal planting and landscape upkeep
Support Greens & Grounds Department as needed

Qualifications

Available full-time (6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Enjoy working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Basic horticulture or landscaping knowledge preferred (not required)
Reliable transportation required
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
