We're hiring a Hospice Liaison who wants a strong base salary, performance-based earning potential, and the opportunity to build meaningful healthcare relationships while helping more patients and families access hospice services.

You'll step into a field-based healthcare sales and business development role focused on developing referral relationships, increasing hospice admissions, and serving as a trusted liaison between healthcare providers, community partners, prospective families, and the hospice team. You'll have the autonomy to manage your territory while building a strong referral network throughout the community.

What makes you a great fit• You have experience working within healthcare• Experience in hospice, home health, long-term care, acute care, or a related setting is welcome• Sales and marketing experience is preferred• Hospice or home health sales experience is highly desirable• You're comfortable developing new referral sources and conducting external sales calls• You have strong communication and relationship-building skills• You're organized, goal-oriented, and comfortable independently managing a territory
