Job Description
- Develop and grow referral partnerships throughout the community.
- Serve as the face of Concho Hearts Hospice in your service area.
- Visit providers, facilities, and community partners to share our mission.
- Lead educational in-services and outreach events.
- Help families understand hospice services and expectations.
- Collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure smooth care transitions.
- Support the growth and success of your location through strong leadership.
- Minimum of 2 years of hospice experience required (marketing, leadership, or operations).
- Hospice and/or home health marketing experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
