RN CLINCIAL DIRECTOR
A Path of Care Hospice in Tulsa, OK is seeking a full‑time RN Clinical Director to lead daily clinical and office operations and support a team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospice care. This role is ideal for a registered nurse with strong leadership skills who wants to guide a high‑performing team and make a meaningful impact on patients and families.

What You'll Do as RN Clinical Director
As the RN Clinical Director, you oversee clinical and administrative operations to ensure patients receive exceptional hospice care. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing daily office and clinical operations
- Coordinating workload distribution and ensuring 24‑hour service coverage
- Partnering with HR to recruit, hire, and train new staff
- Serving as a resource for field staff and supporting clinical decision‑making
- Investigating and resolving reported incidents
- Conducting performance evaluations and developing improvement plans
- Educating staff on infection control and abuse recognition/reporting
- Visiting patients as needed to ensure service satisfaction
- Building and maintaining relationships with referral sources
- Responding to patient and family needs with professionalism and compassion
- Managing the branch's annual budget, including financial impacts of admissions, discharges, and recertifications
- Supporting quality assurance initiatives to maintain strong care outcomes
Your leadership helps ensure that patients receive compassionate, coordinated care while supporting a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
- Active Oklahoma RN license
- At least 2 years of nursing experience
- Minimum of 1 year of hospice experience
- Ability to obtain CPR certification within 60 days of hire
- Knowledge of Medicare guidelines governing home health agencies
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and vehicle insurance
- Basic computer skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to mentor, coach, and work tactfully with staff, patients, families, and community partners
Work Schedule
- Full‑time
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
