What You'll Do:

• Manage all budgeting activities for multiple physician practices, ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment*
• Conduct in-depth financial analyses to support operational decision-making*
• Collaborate closely with physicians, office managers, and practice managers to optimize financial performance*
• Serve as a key partner to the CFO and finance team in analyzing financial trends and reporting

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in healthcare business analytics and accounting*
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data*
• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with medical and administrative staff*
• Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting tools

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working within a healthcare or medical practice setting*
• Knowledge of healthcare billing, coding, or reimbursement processes*
• Familiarity with budgeting software and healthcare analytics platforms

Preferred Education and Experience:

• No minimum experience required; suitable for someone at a mid to senior level who has relevant healthcare analytics and accounting background*
