·CoordinatestaffcompletionofBLSandACLScertifications.·ManagetheequipmentandskillsstationsneededforBLSandACLStraining.·Assistincoordinationofclinicalrotationsandstudentorientationpacketcompletion.·Trainstaffinnewhireorientationandassistingeneralhospitalorientation.·Assistwithstafftraining.·Coordinatepreceptorprogram.·Facilitatetheimplementationofnewcompetenciesandequipment.·Provideeducationoncompliancewithfederalandstateregulations.·EnsuretrainingrequirementsandstandardsforJointCommissionandotherregulatoryagencies are met.
Qualifications
- Activeclinicallicense.
- MinimumQualifications:
- Appropriateeducationtoobtainandmaintainrequiredlicensure.
- Preferred:PreviousexperienceasanEducator.
- CPRcertification.
- IfaRegisteredNurse,CRRNcertificationpreferred.
- Excellentoralandwrittencommunicationskills
- Strongorganizationalandtimemanagementabilities
- Criticalthinkingandproblem-solvingskills
- Abilitytoworkindependently.
- Flexibilitytoworkvaryingshifts,includingweekdays,weekends,evenings,ornightsasneeded.
