Hospitalist (NP/PA) – Great Falls, MontanaThe Great Falls Clinic | Great Falls HospitalJoin a Patient-Centered Healthcare Organization in Big Sky CountryThe Great Falls Clinic and Great Falls Hospital are seeking an ExperiencedHospitalist (NP/PA) to join our expanding health system in Great Falls, Montana.
Our comprehensive care facilities are headquartered in Great Falls, Montana—an exceptionally safe, affordable town surrounded by three mountain ranges to explore and enjoy.
The program is housed within a 36-bed acute care hospital and is complimented with coverage by a diverse mix of surgical and medical specialists.

- Hospital employed, part-time .85 FTE position (still qualifies for full-time benefits)
- Schedule as follows: 7 on, 10 off, 4 on, 7 off
- Day Shift: 7:00 am – 7:00 pm
- Experienced MD on staff
- Dedicated nocturnists and Pulm/CC physician on staff
- Supported by Telemed Critical Care/Pulmonology and on-call specialists
- Procedure experience and comfort preferred
- 1:5 nursing patient ratio, based on patient acuity
- Hospitalist daily census averages 15 patients/day
- State-of-the-art facility and diagnostics
- Acute Care Hospital with full complement of referring specialties in-house
- 36 inpatient beds, 10 bed Open ICU, 2 cath lab suites with 8-bed pre/post-procedure care unit
- 5 ORs + 4 OR Surgery Center and dedicated 5 observation beds
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive, transparent compensation structure designed to reward quality and productivity. Final compensation is determined by experience, subspecialty training, and productivity (wRVU model).

Ideal Candidate
- Minimum of 2-3 years direct hospitalist experience
